text-align: left;">La exposición titulada&nbsp;<a href="http://umfa.utah.edu/SmithsonEffect">The Smithson Effect</a>&nbsp;presenta la obra de veintitrés artistas internacionales cuya obra está en algún modo influenciada por la de Robert Smithson.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div>Ayer nos acercamos a Manhattan a ver un par de exposiciones.<br /><br />En primer lugar nos dirigimos al MOMA donde pudimos disfrutar de una exposición sobre el expresionismo abstracto en Nueva York.&nbsp;<a href="http://www.moma.org/visit/calendar/exhibitions/1098">Abstract Expresionist New York</a><br /><br />La verdad es que había algunas piezas de Rothko, Clyford Still, Sam Francis, etc.. increiblemente buenas.<br /><br />Hubo una pieza de Joan Mitchel que me recordó cuanto disfrutaría mi amigo&nbsp;<a href="http://elfindelpin.blogspot.com/">Carmelo Camacho</a>&nbsp;de una visita a Nueva York y en concreto a una exposición de este tipo.<br /><br />Durante la visita al Moma me sorprendió gratamente la obra de Huma Bhabha, no la conocía la verdad y me creó buena impresión.<br /><br />La instalación de&nbsp;<a href="http://www.moma.org/visit/calendar/exhibitions/1099">Andy Warhol: Motion Pictures</a>&nbsp;me pareció impecable.<br /><br />Ya sobre las 7 de la tarde nos dirigimos al&nbsp;<a href="http://www.newmuseum.org/">New Museum</a>&nbsp;donde vimos una expo de George Condo de la cual me gustaron cuatro piezas de gran formato del 2010. También vimos obra de Lynda Benglis, hubo algunas piezas hechas con encaústica como "Cocoon" que me gustaron bastante.
